central Copenhagen, into the world’s most exciting and creative

and souls of Copenhageners, as well as of the curious. Fox kitchen
serves healthy food, which is highly nutritious. The ingredients are
Nordic and seasonal and we endeavour to use free-range products, but
that does not restrict us, as it is the taste and experience that
counts. The cuisine is innovative in its combinations and use of new
methods of preparation (both sous-vide and dehydration), but still we
serve an intelligible meal.
